AZZA’S COMPUTERS Terms and Conditions

  1. Agreement

(a)These are the terms and conditions of AZZA’S COMPUTERS ABN 21 671 640 353 set out that apply to customers (referred to as you or your) to access and use AZZA’S COMPUTERS website (https://www.azzascomputers.com/) (Website) including using the services and functionality made available through the Website, viewing Content, communicating with AZZA’S COMPUTERS, reviewing product information and placing an order for products, services or both (Order) through the online store (Online Store).  

(b) You agree to be bound by these Terms when you use, browse or access anything within the website, register an account on the website or placing an order with the online store.  

(c) These terms and conditions also apply to using AZZA’S COMPUTERS services and purchasing products outside of the website (in person) through verbal communication or via email and over a phone call.

(d) AZZA’S COMPUTERS may review and update these Terms and Conditions in the future to take account of new laws, regulations, products, services. It is your responsibility to check the website regularly for updated versions of the Terms and Conditions.

  1. Refunds and Replacement 

(a) I will offer a Refund or replacement on my services or products if there is a major failure. If you buy a product that has a major failure and the product has is not been physically damaged or tampered/modified and within its warranty period.

(b) Change of Mind, AZZA’S COMPUTERS do not provide a refund or replacement for change of mind unless your service or product has a major failure and under its warranty period. 

  1. Warranty on Computer Builds 

(a) There is a 2-year warranty applied to brand new computer builds on date of purchase, this applies if there is a major failure with the computer or parts within the computer. 

(b)  I will offer a free of charge repair on your computer or refund if a major failure happens under its warranty period. 

(c)  If the Computer has been modified, tampered with, overclocked, physically damaged or warranty sticker is removed  on parts or broken you will not be covered by warranty. However, I will offer to still take a look for you and do my best to assist you. 

(d) A computer is classified as modified or tampered if the following; 

-  Change of Operating System then what was originally installed on date of purchase.  You may however still do windows updates.  If there is a major update for example windows 10 to 11 then you may do so or contact me for assistance and information. 

-  You Overclocked any of the computer’s parts beyond its base clock speed or changing voltage. This includes using any software to overclock or enabling any overclocking features in BIOS or changing voltage/speed settings.  

- You changed or removed any of hardware/parts of the computer.

- any physical damaged this also includes any liquid or particle spills on the computer or hardware/parts. 

(e) Please keep your provided computer parts boxes that came with your computer purchased.

  1. Services 

(a) Services that include a refund or free repair if a major fault that happens within 30 days of the purchase is listed on this websites homage under "Services". 

(b) If found that you have modified/tampered or physically damaged the service applied to your device you will not be covered for free repair or refund. 

5.Changes to products, services and pricing

(a) AZZA’S COMPUTERS may modify its prices and product and service offerings for any reason (including but not limited to changes in market conditions, discontinuation of products, changes in availability, manufacturer changes).

(b) It is your responsibility to check and review products, services and pricing listed on the Website or via verbal communication, email or phone.

  1. Receipt

(a) Please Ensure you have a receipt provided of your service or product purchased that has a major failure and you would like a refund, replacement or repair. 

(c) If you have misplaced or lost your Receipt but can provide any proof of purchase or I can also acknowledge your purchase made, then you may still be entitled to a refund, replacement or repair provided it complies with conditions mentioned in Terms and Conditions. 

  1. Loss of Data

(a) I am not liable for any loss of your data.  I will also inform you if there is a risk of this happening before going ahead with a service.  But please do ensure you back up your data as your own protection. 

(b) if you have any data on your device/computer please ensure you back this before you continue with my services. 

(c) If you have data that you would like to try to recover but currently cannot please contact me and i can do my best to assist you.   

  1. Privacy

Any personal information submitted by you to AZZA’S COMPUTERS is subject to and will be handled in accordance with AZZA’S COMPUTERS Privacy Policy. You agree that, by using the Website or communicating with AZZA’S COMPUTERS, you have read the Privacy Policy and understand.

  1. No Fix No Charge

(a) If you request any of my services and I do not fix your issue, its simple I will not charge you for the service. 

(b) A minimum callout fee of $15 still applies if I provide my services on site at your premises or location.  

  1. Limitation of Liability

(a) AZZA’S COMPUTERS will not be liable to you for any on-purpose/indirect or accidental loss or damage, loss of profits or anticipated profits, economic loss, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, loss of reputation or loss of revenue.
